Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our refund policy.

Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Period: You have 3 days from the date you received the item to request a return and refund.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Processing Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and intimate or sanitary goods.
